Safe Hands Home & Pet Sitting was created to offer something simple: dependable, personal care for pets and homes while their owners are away.

I understand that trusting someone with your pets, your keys and your home is a significant decision. My background in policing, close protection and residential security work has taught me the importance of reliability, discretion, communication and attention to detail.

I bring that same calm, responsible approach to every booking. I take time to understand each pet’s routine, personality and individual needs, while also respecting the home and the trust placed in me.

Whether I am making scheduled home visits, staying overnight, or taking a dog out for a walk, my aim is always the same: to give you peace of mind and keep your pets settled, comfortable and cared for in familiar surroundings.

Why I Started Safe Hands Home & Pet Sitting

The idea for Safe Hands developed naturally. Friends, family and people I knew were regularly looking for someone they could genuinely trust to care for their pets and homes while they were away.

Over time, I realised that the same qualities valued throughout my previous work — responsibility, discretion, reliability and staying calm under pressure — are exactly what people look for when choosing someone to enter their home and care for the animals that are part of their family.

Safe Hands brings those qualities together in a personal, straightforward service built around trust.

Before starting Safe Hands, my career included policing, close protection and residential security team work. These roles required discretion, attention to detail, clear communication and a strong sense of responsibility.
